Shipping, Delivery & Return

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-30 days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order unless otherwise stated. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our www.17track.net. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@amberlebeauty.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Order Cancellation 

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Returns

By placing an order on classy fades, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to classy fades. Please refer to our return policy for further information on how to make a return.
